Pain and burning sensation in vagina

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I had intercourse with my fiancee before 10 days and after that I am having continues pain and burning sensation inside my vagina. And most of the time I feel like pee. And when I go to the toilet it burns after peeing.and before two days I noticed a whitish and yellowish discharge from my vagina. It was little but still happening. Plz prescribe an effective medicine.
