Pain after plater removal
I got ankle fracture and my plaster was removed yesterday and still I have pain while walking. Please advise me that should I walk with walker or without it. And please advise what to do to heal it pro

Physiotherapy and physiotherapy advice . Niggling pain and swelling would be there for atleast 6 to 9 months sometimes

There will be some pain after plaster removal due to tissue stiffness. Do hot fomentation and physiotherapy.  Walk with stick support
