Pain after night fall

After every night fall i feel so much of pain in penis and area around stomach and below stomach.. i dont know why its happning to me..due to that pain am sleepless at night..but i dint feel any type of pain after masterbate..i dont sleep upwards..i always like to sleep downwards..or sometimes i sleep at right side.. some times my penis may fold inside the innerwear during night fall.. any remidies are there
