Pain after ipill. How long will it last?

We had unprotected intercourse on 24th aug, I took I-Pill on 26th aug. Since yesterday 27th aug, my left abdomen is sensitive and I'm feeling heavy. Mild ache is there. When gliding hand very gently,  it feels like I'm pressing the area as if gliding a probe, whereas I'm not. The ache gets better after hot bath but sensitivity remains. Not hampering my day, but I am feelings little sensitive in the left-center abdomen in general. Nothing on right side. Ps. Last period was on 12th aug. Ovulation as per tracker is supposed to be today 28th aug, not considering I-Pill. I have one child through c-section in Sept 2016. Is it because of I-Pill or ovulation pain? If ovulation pain, does it mean I-Pill has failed? How long will it last?
