Pain after Getting Vaccine

Yesterday I got my first dose of covid-19 but today there is pain in my left hand where I got the injection is it normal whenever I am trying to raise my hand it pains at that position I have no fever or any other major problem what should I do

Take a pain killer like a plain paracetamol twice daily for 1-2 days. Keep exercising/joint rotation. Drink plenty of water It will subside gradually ober next 2-3 days. Don't worry
