Paediatric consultation for fever

Asked for Male, 6 Years

Hi, My son (6 yrs old) is getting fever daily since last five days. Interestingly the fever comes only while he is sleeping. Temp reach to 101.5 and comes down with paracetamol. No visible marks in body or visible inflammation. Started coughing since last two days. Want to avoid antibiotic if at all possible,

Don't wrap ur child exessively during sleep If he is having cough cold and fever then it may be viral etiology Just give medicine for fever and cough Don't start antibiotics unnesesarrily
