Oxygen level
I am just monitoring my oxygen level in morning it is just showing 70 & droping to 36 2 times after that i rub my finger & it shows around 98 After that i am regularly monitoring my oxygen level & it is around 97 98 This all situation cause so much anxiety i am feeling nausea like feeling

No need to be anxious. If ur spo2 70 you would have difficulty in breathing.

You should use good quality pulse oximeter..and position of oxymeter, choose correct finger are need to give a exact oxygen level by oximeter..
