Ovulation symptoms
Around ovulation time, I feel horrible like nausea, headache, bloating, and heaviness in abdomen area. And i feel very tired and horrible.I started to have this issue after giving birth to my second child. And similar symptoms before periods also.
I never had issues while ovulating and periods aroud. Its been 8-9 months that I am facing these.

This is the problem of hormones get done all baseline hormones check up.Ultrasonography also get done If no where problem then try to control this situation naturally by exercise and good diet.
