Ovulation problem

Asked for Female, 22 Years

This cycle i am taking diva HMG 75iu day 3,4,5....Today is my day 17 ...today My follicular study report is 13mm×9mm...This result stagnant of day 11....today my POD is minimal fluid and thickness 9.1.Then I can't start duphaston...Actually my cycle is 40-45...What should I do now ? Please tell me

In pod less fluid is there . Endometrial thickening is good but size of follicle is not good.Wait or again go for ultrasonography for the size of follicle after 2 days .If no improvement then drop in this cycle or continue it.

Since u hv long cycles.. Continue with follicular monitoring and wait till follicle s at least 18 mm. Also connect with your gynaecologist If this cycle follicle doesn't increase in size.. Next cycle you should have incremental doses
