In a 30 recycle ovulation happens between day 8 to day 18
if you take krimson from day 5 it starts working after 7 days
so you can ovalute between 8 to day 12 in this cycle

Nope it's jus to regulate your cycles and sync the hormone levels.... ovulation will not occur ... connect to discuss further
