Ovulation and pregnancy

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am trying to get pregnant and sometimes do not notice the typical fertile cervical mucus but I do get regular periods,my cycle is around 30-32 days.Is not seeing cervical mucus due to any particular reason? How can I know when I am ovulating.have heard the kits are also not very useful.
