Ovulation after cystectomy
I recently underwent right ovary cystectomy for chocolate cyst ( size 2.8 cm) . After that there is no ovulation happening from my right side ( from last 4 months) & left tube is blocked . Ovulation is only happening from left side now. How long can I wait for right ovulation to happen ? Did surgery affect my right ovary ? Is IVF needed now ?
Age is 31
AMH is decent.

Doesn't matter which side the egg is formed the patent tube should be able to pick up the egg
