Hello,
Get some more clarity of either planning or not planning a baby. Involve your partner in decision making. If you make a collective decision, anxiety and stress will not take a toll on your mental health.

"Who will you love if not yourself? Other people? How can you love someone for anything but their raw, naked humanity? How can you say you love someone if it is not for their flaws and quirks, snorts and hurts, triggers and tears? Anything else is not love. It is idealization. And, as long as you do it to yourself, you will do it to everyone. You will not love anyone or anything until those eyes in the mirror soften up and embrace the beauty that is already within."

Hello
Seems like it's a just fear about pregnancy. You may be constantly thinking about pregnancy. If your all pregnancy tests was negative, then there is no pregnancy, you have to believe that. If you start to believe then the fear will go gradually.
Don't worry, everything will be alright.
Hi.. It's around 2 months now. If you were pregnant, there would be many other signs. Still you can visit a Gynaecologist if in any doubt.
Do not see any psychological issue here, apart from fear and anxiety.
