Dear concern I've some overthinking headache and sleeping issue with me last 3 years , and due to this a bad impact is arise on my work performance, some time my mind insist me to go to home town and I have a quite fear as well.

You will need medications for tension type headache, which will also take care of sleeping issue and anxiety
