Hello, Having headaches can be very distressing. Firstly I want to tell you that it's not advisable to re start medication on your own. These medications prescribed for you needs monitoring by a doctor. You seem to be having headache precipitated by stress, what we call tension headaches. More than treating the headache your anxiety causing issues need to be addressed.
Next Steps
I suggest you consult the psychiatrist in person again and see if any change of medication helps. Think over the issues bothering you and discuss it with your therapist.
Health Tips
Try doing yoga, deep breathing and relaxation exercises. Enroll for classes if not familiar with it.
