Hi So looking at your history, I feel here we may be dealing with endometriosis ( chocolate cyst ). Complete removal of the ovary is never required as only cyst can be safely removed with laparoscopy. So wait before u take such radical decision as it has already happened to you before. Your AMH levels are still ok. If medical method doesn’t work for at least 3 months and size of the cyst is increasing then surgery may be the option. Consider doing IVF ( stimulation of the ovary and collection of eggs ) before u go for surgery as it will give u chance to conceive with your own eggs as we do not know what your surgeons would remove. Consult a fertility specialist cum Gynec laparoscopy surgeon who operates by him/ her self. If not you may always come down to Mumbai , we will be surely able to help u.
