Overdeveloped Glutes
I have overdeveloped, tight and outward projected glutes maximus muscle group. Is there any way to relax these muscles? Does this tightness has any bad affect on knee functioning?

As u say u have overdeveloped gultei and tight gutei. This means ur weight line is lying posteriorly the reson could lie at back, knee or foot. U need to visit a physiotherapist to get u assess biomechanically.

For a smaller rear end target the gluteus maximus with resistance training along with cardiovascular workouts to burn calories. Cardio and proper eating reduce body fat to make your body thinner, including your buttocks.
