Overbleeding with medium blood clots
My platelet count is 4.94 lakhs. Lymphocytes is 23. No thyroid . Ultra sound of abdomen and pelvis shows cervicitis and small fibroid. I have irregular periods and Heavy bleeding u til use tablets to stop bleeding. I delivered baby in sep 2020. It is vacuum delivery. What is the root cause of over bleeding?

fibroid can cause heavy bleeding. what is the size and site of fibroid? you can consult directly with the previous reports.

It could be fibroid if it is big or involving the endometrium...or hormonal disturbance. Needs proper evaluation.
