Hello madam. I understand your situation. But as the problem is skeletal the treatment is also skeletal correction at this age bone cant be changed. Of course you may still improve dental bite with only dental braces without surgery , BUT the results may not be satisfactory as the problem was very severe. Hope this helped.

In many cases, braces can effectively correct a skeletal overbite without the need for surgery. Braces work by applying gentle, controlled forces to gradually shift the position of your teeth and jaws. They can help align your teeth properly, close gaps, and improve your bite. However, it's important to note that the success of treatment depends on the severity of your overbite and the underlying skeletal discrepancy. In some cases, braces alone may not be sufficient to fully correct a significant skeletal overbite. During an orthodontic evaluation, I will assess your specific condition and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for you. This may involve braces combined with additional appliances or techniques, such as functional appliances or headgear, to address the skeletal component of your overbite. It's important to have a comprehensive examination and consultation with an orthodontist who specializes in treating skeletal overbites. They will evaluate your individual situation and provide you with a personalized treatment plan. I understand your preference to avoid surgery, and I will explore all non-surgical options available to achieve the best possible outcome for your case. I will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and ensures the best possible results. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with an experienced orthodontist who can evaluate your specific condition and discuss the treatment options available to you. They will be able to provide you with a detailed assessment and answer any further questions you may have.

It can be treated but at the age you are in orthodontic treatment (braces) won't be able to work efficiently and if insisted it may take 3-4 years or more to correct.
Next Steps
I suggest to go for surgical correction concerning your age.
