I take overall l regularly for contraceptive pill however recently my weight has increased to 73 kg
Will overall l still work for me properly and same way as contraceptive pill

Overal L is a contraceptive. It also has its limitations like all other oral Contraceptives. I feel combination pills like Femilon and Novelon are better than Overal L.
By the way what was your baseline weight before it became 73 kg.

Yes it would if u take it from day one of the periods without skipping any tab in between
