Over weight
Hello! I am 25 and have 63kgs and I work hard to reduce weight. I'm 5'1 and I need to reduce 6-7kgs. I do skipping in the morning around 300 skips and I do 100 rolls on the excersice roller and around 30 crunches. In the evening I do about 50rolls, 100skips and 30 crunches. I eat corn flakes in the morning and regular lunch in the afternoon... and rotis at night. Will that help me reduce the desired amount of weight in 3months? Also I take light snacks like two momos or one egg patty with coffee
