Over sebum on face
My face is so oily.. And having small ingrown pimples. popping skin, Puss comes out. And getting pores .. Please help to get rid of this.

You need prescription medication and may be skin peeling or laser. Using salicylic face wash will help. Acne need long term treatment. Please See a dermatologist. Don't pick on eruptions.

Excess of sebum can be due to overproduction of hormones which in turn may be related to some extent to dietary factors.
What you are describing is acne vulgaris and can be treated with proper care
