Over masturbation and armpit fetish
Sir I masturbate a lot almost every day 2-3 times  a day or even more i am masturbating since 12 years of age now I am 21 years old I tried to quit my habit but I always failed I have a fetish for armpits which turns me on immediately and then all in my mind is to go home and masturbate In lockdown I tried to controlled myself for 2 days but after that I failed I have pain in my backbone  and I am not able to stand straight or walk straight please suggest something how can I quit by masturbation habit?? and how to control armpits fetish?? , everytime I see a girl's armpit it turn me on I am so helpless I cannot go out in summers I see girls armpit when they wear sleeveless clothes and then my whole day is ruined all day long I think about going home and to masturbate in my bathroom I have no feeling to do sex I just want to masturbate. Masturbation is a natural process when a person is getting sexually active and 80% of the boys start enjoying it before the age of 14 and rest try it after age of 14. It is not harmful if it is done once or twice a month but excess of everything is bad. You have a fascination about girls armpits that is not abnormal as we may vary in our choice of body parts that indice sexual drive in us but you are avoiding normal sex. That is your main problem. You need a counselling session. Masturbation is  harmful phenomenon as it weakens the Muscular Strength of Penis and induces Early Discharge at slight arousal. You can control this mindset by doing Pranayaam, Dhyan and Meditation when you feel an intense urge to masturbate. This is very helpful and it can entirely change your bad habit. You can give strength to your Penis muscles by applying Shri Gopal Oil on shaft of Penis and increase your stamina by taking Ashwagandha Churan 1 Tsf twice daily with milk and One Tablet of Pushpdhanva Ras twice daily alongwith  of Ashwagandharisht 2Tsf after meals.
