As such no, U need to consume lot of fruits, n fruit juice which r high in potassium. Mousami juice fresh u can consume for some days it will become normal. Second alternative Inj potassium one ample intramuscular in gluteal reason.  It's cost is only one rupee when I m in job . I m retired doc from government sector. Don't worry u will be fine with juice.
