Hello, Light diet as it's just beginning.avoid spicy, fried, greasy, junk food. If STOOL is not take stool softener like cremafine pink three teaspoons at night till it is soft. LOCALLY APPLY vasline.or anovate by finger if any lesion seen.plenty of liqids nimbupani mosambi juice butter milk etc,salad before lunch and dinner are very beneficial. STOOL test COMPLETE N MICROSCOPIC. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON FOR PROPER local examintion.ok.
