Ovary Cyst again emerged
Dear Sir, My wife undergone a Laparoscopy Surgery last November for Bilateral Chocolate Cyst of Ovary. During Mensuration Cycle there was a huge pain with fever but after this surgery it was not upto 3 months. But again after 3 months I.e. in this again she was having a pain . So we gone through an USG in which again a cyst developed of remarkable size. Prior to this BIOPSY report was normal according to Doctor. But this time doctor suggested for some test on 3rd day Mensuration Cycle such as CA125... Result of this was 133. After that we gone for MRI.... Impression of MRI is as follows --- BILATERAL ADNEXA SHOWS HETEROGENEOUS COMPLES CYSTIC LESION WITH THICK SEPTATIONS,W ITH HAEMORRAGIC COMPONENT . BOTH THE REGIONS HAVE LOCOREGIONAL MAINTAINED AT FLAT PLANES AND IS ABUTTING AND INDENTING THE POTERIOR WALL OF UTEROUS

This is nothing but chocolate cyst which is notorious in recurrence
