Ovarian cysts
Recently in her ultrasonography report it was found that she have a bulky uterus with uterine fluid, bulky ovaries & heterogeneous lession in right ovary with vascularity and right ovarian cysts. After this she did blood test which showed CEA - Observed value as 1.25 & CA - 119.20.
Please help with what is the exact problem she has and what needs to be done next.

As ca 125 is on higher side there is some chances of ovarian cancer need to find out type may need MRI and then uterus and ovaries removal if needed
