Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have a 3.7 mm cyst in my left ovary? Does it dissolve on it's own? How long does the treatment takes? Also I got a multiload inserted 6 months ago due to which I'm having spotting everyday and irregular periods. Should I get it removed?
