Hi, I have a bilateral endometrioma. The right ovary measures 50*29*52 with an estimated Ovarian Volume of 38.5cc Cyst in right ovary measure 39*17mm The left ovary measures 40*31*42 with an estimated Ovarian Volume of 27.5cc Cyst in left ovary measure 32*37mm Shall i go for HistoLaproscopy or medicine treatment can cure this. Thanks,

I would like to know few details like whether you are Married and planning to conceive. Since the endometriomas are small in size you can try with medical management but in case you are having symptoms like pain etc better consider surgical option. And if you had been trying to conceive you can consider hysterolap as advised by your gynaecologist.
