Hello! I am 35 years old and a year ago I had laparoscopic surgery because my dermoid cyst. I had never any symptoms and pains in my life.The surgery didnd went well I had to have another where they have removed my right ovary. And the problems have started. Every month I get corpus luteum cyst and severe pains. The pain starts at first fertile day and it continues, than the ovulation and the cyst so the pain goes on till my period. And the same every month for a year now. Doctors dont know the

Get done ultrasonography to know the status of cyst.I think you are having severe infection that causes pain during menstruation due to congestion.Take full course of antibiotics.
