Ovarian cyst
Hello dr,I have multi septate complex right ovarian cyst with internal echoes.Can you pls tell me the causes of this cyst.Dr mentioned that there is some fluid with septations but he was unable to tell what kind of fluid in it.Can you please tell me the type of this cyst and my CA 125 is 29.2.I have attached my USG report.I have different symptoms like gastrointestinal problem,back pain, stabbing pain on the side of cyst.Sometimes I feel tired and nauseated.
