Ovarian Chocolate Cyst. To cure this?

Recently I have done usg and belwo is my report - ADNEXA & OVARIES A 44 mm x 46 mm x 43 mm sized thick walled cyst with dense internal debris is noted in right adnexa. Right ovary is not separately seen. Left ovary is bulky and multiple unilocular follicular cysts (approx. 14 – 16 mm) are noted in it. Both the left ovary and the cyst appear adherent to uterus. Left ovary measures : 38 mm x 34 mm x 36 mm vol. = 25.8 cc. � As per my doctor's advice I did CA 125 test and and report is as 40.7U/ml . My doctor has said there is nothing to worry about and suggested me Vissane 2g medicine for next 6 months . I am 27 years old , recently got married and don't have any planning for family for the next 2 years . Is my condition too serious ? Can it lead to infertility? What is the most optimum treatment at this moment to cure this?
