Otitis Externa & have ulcerative colitis

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I've been having Ear from last 4days, Doctor prescribed to take Augmentin 625mg twice daily, Dolo 650mg thrice daily & CIPLOX-D 3 drops thrice daily. Review after 5 Daily. I told him that i'm an ulcerative colitis patient under remission. Medicines previously used Mesacol OD twice daily, Azoran 50, VSL#3, Bevon CD & corallum D3 one each daily. After using Ear infection medicines, i feel loosen motion, anal pain, heaviness in intestines etc. plz, advise which combination of medicine to use
