My mother is having a problem of osteoporosis as her gap between the joints is narrowing... She could not sit properly for prayers and have difficulty in bending the leg specially the right one... Doctors asked us to medicate her by an injection worth 3000 which we has to inject every year which would help in collecting calcium in the body ... Recently i heard about ostocalcium tablets, are they beneficial or they have other side effects...or anything else someone could suggest

You go near by physiotherapist and do first check VIT D, and bone calcium test. You give vit D sctch ones a week and take calcium 500 tab OD and suggested by the orthopedic doctor. Change life sytle, take properly rest, walking with sticks, and give milk, curled, panner, etc. Do exercises for strength muscles
