Osteochondritis(teiz's disease)
I have been having a bone swelling in on the rib cage bone in the chest since 1 year. I have consulted the doctor and doctor said that nothing to worry it is common because i am not getting any pain just it is swelling.Is it problem? shall i consult doctor again.The doctor didn't give me any medicine to treatment.please tell me the solution.

If it is osteochondritis, then it's nothing to worry. It will subside with time. However if the swelling increases in size, you will need scans to rule out an infection. You can take over the counter meds for pain relief in the meantime.
