Early Signs of osteoarthritis ,suffering from Knee Joint pain. Is it reliable to take Glucosamine HcL ?

You can take Glucosamine HCL but you need to consult your Physiotherapist also for the exercise part. The Glucosamine HCL would help to make the fluid in the joint but exercises would help you to reduce the stress placed on the knee joint unnecessarily. It would help you to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint which would further help in relieving undue pressure on the knee joint thereby decreasing the pain and increasing joint mobility. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Ya you can tack Glucosamine HcL dose 900 TO 1000 mg Par day (450 mg or 500 mg twice a day) after meal you can also tack omega 3,6 fatty acid with Glucosamine HcL. You can go for agnikarma also for OA agnikarma is a ayurveda treatment its has a good and fast results in OA. Physical Activity One of the most beneficial ways to manage OA is to get moving. While it may be hard to think of exercise when the joints hurt, moving is considered an important part of the treatment plan. Studies show that simple activities like walking around the neighborhood or taking a fun, easy exercise class can reduce pain and help maintain (or attain) a healthy weight. Strengthening exercises build muscles around OA-affected joints, easing the burden on those joints and reducing pain. Range-of-motion exercise helps maintain and improve joint flexibility and reduce stiffness. Aerobic exercise helps to improve stamina and energy levels and also help to reduce excess weight. Talk to a doctor before starting an exercise program. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that everyone, including those with arthritis, get 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week. Weight Management Excess weight adds additional stress to weight-bearing joints, such as the hips, knees, feet and back. Losing weight can help people with OA reduce pain and limit further joint damage. The basic rule for losing weight is to eat fewer calories and increase physical activity. Stretching Slow, gentle stretching of joints may improve flexibility, lessen stiffness and reduce pain. Exercises such as yoga and tai chi are great ways to manage stiffness.

Joint pain can mean a lot of things. Just not osteo arthritis. It could be just a muscle inflammation or a bursitis or something else. Please visit your physiotherapist and a good orthopaedics specialist for further evaluation. You may or may not need oral medication. Improper care now can however definitely lead to osteo arthritis of the knee and associated changes in your gait .

It's Very Right Time to Consult a Physical Therapist. Glucosamine would not help you more,rather it increases lipids. Good Exercise Balanced Diet Adequate Rest Sunlight Will Help you a lot.
