OSMFIII LIPS ULCERS,UPPER &LOWER,TOBACCO
I m diognosed as OSMF III 6 months ago with WHITE PATCHES AND BANDS INSIDE BOTH THE CHEEKS with sunken cheeks, burning a lot anything even without chillies food item MOUTH watering heavy. Ulcers ROUND UPPISH with depression developing alarmingly.in LOWER LIPS.,unhealing. Kindly advise me the immediate medicines Since I m unable to take even little food. I m retd person having very low pension from Pvt.company Pointed ulcers are growing in upper lip

Non healing ulcers could be difficult to treat. If you have been diagnosed with OSMF I am sure u have been given most of the conservative management. Teeth hygiene looks poor. History of any habits? Might have to go in for a biopsy
