8 months before I had diabetes doctor tested now I am 28 years old but now blood sugar level normal I have some pain in underfoot front portion not in foot fingers some burning sensation is there

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. It may be due to vitaminb12 deficiency. Take vitamin b12. Consult orthopaedic dr

Thanks for reaching out . Good to know that your sugar is well controlled now. Burning and pain in front of foot can be due to various causes, which may or may not be related to Diabetes.

Generally this is part of diabetes in many people called pherephral neuropathy Check sugar fastin after food and HBA1C Control sugar Tab Renerve G 100 Mg 0-0-1 Take for 10 days now Tc You will be fine

Hello Sir...Pertaining to your clinical history I just want to ask few questions as your occupation ,any trauma history ,your foot wear related issues ,any medications for DM ..?? AS  of now we cant conclude as Neuropathy as few consultant has already said it as it takes years to develop...even though it is Type 1 ...
