Orofer tonic usage
Hello respected Doctors, Pls pls advise. My cousin who is 34 yrs is a lil sort of iron deficiency. She is taking lots of green veggies n dates. She is about to take orofer xt tonic. I searched on YouTube the benefits and there were remarks that the tonic leads to prolonged periods by some women in their 30's users. So kindly help if it's true or not. And if she takes how to take it with vitamin c as it will quickly get absorbed. What vitamins c she can take...along. My cousin is asymptomatic with regular periods. Thnku Regards Ishani
