Your information is not enough for a proper diagnoses Since it may be a mouth ulcer, lasts for 5 to 7days
Ulcer is a discontinunity of oral epithelium
There are so many reasons for ulcers are as below
*stress and anxiety
*iron deficiency anemia
*vitamin B12 deficiency
*Gastric disturbances
*viral infections
*irritation of sharp objects and genetic factors
