  4. Oral thrush in 3month old. Twin also?

Oral thrush in 3month old
My pead has prescribed candid mouth paint to cure oral thrush and had mentioned i need to apply on my nipple. Do I need to apply in baby's tongue and my nipples or just my nipples? Also I have another baby (twin) who's also developing these white patches on tongue. Should I apply the paint for the twin also?
