Dear experts my doctor prescribed candid mouth paint for my 13days old baby how to use this and when to use how many ML is good for infant please advise

Candid mouth paint: Take few drops on the little finger and apply it on the tongue of the child. Need to do that 4 times a day, for a week. Can clean it with soft cotton cloth also.
