  4. Oral thrush. Tongue with all symptoms?

I have an oral thrush, have been having fever and tonsilitis for past few days, just took note of oral thrush today as i have a white tongue with all symptoms

All white tongue are not thrush. Might be having acute tonsillitis . Do saline water gargle
