Oral sunscreen tablets
Hello,
I am going on a trek next week. Every time I go on such trips, I get tanned even after applying sunscreen. Recently, I came to know about oral sunscreen tablets, so is it worth trying? If yes, then could you please suggest some of the best options available? It will be a great help.

Not much effective....use physical sunscreen... depends on the grade of pigment skin.. for accurate diagnosis and information do online consultation with photos

But they take minimum 6 weeks and not as much studied as sunscreen lotions
Wear full sleeve and leg clothes
Wide brim hats
Use sunscreen gel / lotion every 2 hours while in sun
My final verdict would be go for gel / lotion
