Oral Sex and Before Cold Sore
10 days ago I had unproected oral sex with my boyfriend. 2 days later I felt a tingle cold sore under my lip, later in the day it became a sore. My boyfriend has never had cold sores and is completely healthy in his genitals as well as I am. I knew you could spread cold sores that are visible through oral sex to each other but I did not know I could spread it before it even was a tingle in my lip. Is it possible I could give my boyfriend herpes two days before it even showed up?
