Kindly avoid the hot and spicy food and periodically visit the doctor to whom your consulting and do stop the habit of chewing bettel nut r leaf r any kind of tobacco
And there are few medication which can relive pain and burning sensation and few medication can be injected to break the bands formed consult your doctor periodically
