Oral problem
I was previously diagnosed with megaloblastic anemia which made my gums red and purple but even after 4 months it has not gone away and along with that my heart rate is also fast and I have pain in my back.

I good you have treated your anemia Plz take VIT B12 along with folic acid and iron
