Oral pigmentation or olp
So i have been to various dentists and after physically examining they're saying its not OLP, but I visited 2 dermatologists, they said its OLP. I am confused. I dont have any burning/itching/soreness, just dryness on cheeks and cheeks feel rough, when i rub my finger on it, feels like sandpaper.. it's present bilaterally on both bucca mucosa and also on labial mucosa(inside lips). First pigmentation comes up, it feels a little sour then that area loses its smoothness. My middle of tongue feels dry sometimes idk why. All this started after taking covaxin :(. 2nd dose aggravated it! I did a cbc and sugar recently, as in a free question ok practo a doctor said it looks like viral infection, as ur pcv is low and lymphocytes are high, can this be the reason of my mucosa? All these started after 3rd may. Please help me. I am non smoker, no tobacco usage, occasional alcohol, and I maintain oral hygiene. I am so young to get this :(. Why me :( m just 25.. plz help me to identify the cause!
