Hcv? Olp? Plz help! Dry mouth. Or what?

So i had pigmentation since last 3 months which was increasing, showed multiple dentists they said its normal melanosis no need to worry, showed 2 dermatologists they said its OLP. I have no burning or itching, only symptom i have is hyperkerated oral mucosa and those area feels dry. Sometimes my middle of tongue also feels abnormally dry. 3 mnths back i had kissed a girl who had some blood infection last year bec of which she took steroids for a year. I am not sure what it was and m worried if that somehow has triggered my condition. I am scared if its HCV, I was suggested biopsy online but here doctors are saying not needed, i recently did a cbc, it showed lymphocytes 52% and pcv is decreased, i am worried now. Please help me. Pigmentation is there in both side of buccal mucosa and both labial mucosa(under lips), attached pics of buccal mucosa both sides.. by looking what is it? Is it olp or hcv or what? Plz help. Also m scared for biopsy(carcinophobia).
