Oral Minoxidil
I have been prescribed Lonitab 2.5mg at night by my dermatologist for male pattern hair baldness but there are many serious side effects of the disease mentioned in the online sources like pericarditis, and swelling near heart etc. So should I take it? Is the medicine safe? Please answer.

If you don’t have any underlying cardiac issue and your blood pressure is within normal range then no need to worry, oral minoxidil is given at a very low dose so it doesn’t cause any serious side effects , if there are no underlying cardiac disorders
